Shipping Policy

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Australia. Any shipments outside of Australia are not available at this time.

3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 5 - 7 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Please note we do not ship on weekends or Public Holidays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on a flat rate.  To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

Return & Exchange Information

Returns Policy

​

1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable. These include:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale Items 
     

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at studio_208@outlook.com Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

5. Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

6. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 9. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

10. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at studio_208@outlook.com and wait for a response from our team.
